PLEASE if possible go to another hospital. Seriously. I have been here many times unfortunately. These are mean-spirited and unprofessional people. Bigoted and poorly trained. Ignorant hateful people who only show up because they need the money. Lake County and California provide NO oversight. Please avoid this hospital if at all possible. The emergency room staff are the worst. They do not care. Not at all. Skills are lacking in ALL departments. This terrible place needs to be closed down. It is a clearinghouse for hate. UPDATE: The response from the Hospital was FALSE. Just C.Y.A. NO response to email. I called, waited 5 min. no Emily works at the hospital and there is no "social" department. Another example of outright lies. Shameless people. PLEASE , avoid this dark place. (a month ago)

Came with a terrable migraine and left side weakness. They all acted like I was looking for drugs. My doctor is the one who told me to come. I have all kinds of nausea meds plus Percocet and feoracet. I have lupus so I'm no stranger to pain. The way your E R treated me was unforgivable. I still have left side numbness, blurry vision and a steerable migraine. Sandra Scott. P.S. just a suggestion, but you might want to revamp your er. (5 months ago)

I'm here on my second visit and they are already 45 minutes late seeing me. Why make an appointment at all? Might as well just tell me come in any time, and maybe we'll see you. On my last visit I was here in the ER for a rattlesnake bite. First everyone asked me the same questions over and over as if they thought I was lying. Then they had a shift change while I was there and I wound up lying around for a wholly unnecessary hour while they figured out what they were doing. We are here for the benefit of the staff, and not the other way around. Rude, inconsiderate, incompetent. If you can get out of the county for health care, I heartily recommend it. And where are the hand wipes and face masks? This is flu season, the clinic has figured this out, why can't the hospital? I had to use a stylus on a tablet to log in, where is my hand sanitizer? Total amateur hour. (5 months ago)

The care you receive leaves you self confidence that they did a wonderful job. They are way betterthan Deadbud in Clearlake Can. (9 months ago)
