I have been seeing my primary care doctor at Sutter Medical Foundation (Family Practice and Women's Health) for 20 years. I had to go to Urgent Care last week then was transferred to ER. I was treated with tremendous kindness and efficiency by everyone - from intake, to nursing, to radiology, to the doctors themselves. I am sorry for the experience of others, but I am SO grateful for this hospital and the amazing staff! (2 months ago)

Had my daughter at the birth center in 2016. Though she had jaundice and we were in there for 5 days, they were so accommodating with meals/sleeping arrangements. Best experience of my life and they totally supported me in my natural birth plan and the volunteer doula that I had really helped me have a natural birth (I believe her name was Victoria). Not sure if she works there anymore but my nurse during delivery was Libby and she was the perfect nurse and so calming. The lactation consultants and the pediatrician that helped us were so wonderful too. And I had one nurse in particular, Melissa, who was so honest about everything (especially the jaundice process). I will never forget what a beautiful experience I had in those first days of being a mom, even though they were spent in the hospital the staff made the experience amazing. Can't wait to deliver my baby boy in May/June of this year. Secretly hoping for the same nurses I had last time!!!!❤ (6 months ago)

Worst ER ever, the nurse there did not even clean the wounds on my hands. They charged me $150 by putting on a plaster for me. (3 months ago)

I am so appreciative of the staff and service here. We've been in and out of ERs, Hospitals, and Drs offices so fequently and this is by far the best experience. So caring and patient woth my MIL. They genuinely care and are never frustrated or annoyed with patients or their family. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR THEM! Especially during this experience with her. Special shout out to Vanessa and Jill, and Haley in the ER! (5 months ago)
