Wonderful Dr's and nurses great experience. Except check in staff NOT friendly at all. (a year ago)

Nice building, with the typical reading attitude while checking up on a patient. Asked about recovery after almost 2 hours (1 hour surgery) and was greeted with, "doesn't mean he's in recovery." So after 3 hours I've left again to do shopping cause I don't dare ask why it's taking 3 hours for noninvasive surgery. You can't seem to get a smile or even just a response without feeling like you're inconveniencing someone. This is typical of anything that Reading has to offer in the medical field. I would suggest spending the money to just get a room in Philadelphia where you get what you pay for. (2 years ago)
