We were advised to take my son to the ER after an Urgent care couldn't properly diagnose my sick child. My son showed signs of appendicitis and needed to have a CT scan to rule it out. The staff at this hospital were extremely vigilant, and kind. The nurse was an A++, Very smart and good with my son. The Doctor was clearly knowledgeable and took the time to keep us posted despite being busy. Even the CT scan technician did an excellent job. All in all everything came back ok, and my son who is 3, was sick and had a fever, but the stomach pain was just from holding his poop in. Even though this was a false alarm, the entire staff acted like it was the real deal. I am highly impressed with the attitude and professionalism of this hospital, and won't take my son anywhere else but here. (a week ago)

Took my daughter in to the children's emergency room two days ago. I LOVED THE STAFF. From the minute we walked in until she was discharged everyone was so kind and made her as comfortable and happy as possible. Professionalism and just the courtesy of the staff was amazing. Thank you all so much. My daughter was in her room watching TV and the cable went out. We didn't say anything (she was extremely sick) but her Dr walked by and noticed it had no signal he said oh no your TV isn't working?! I'll go right now and fix it and he did. Just overall an amazing experience (3 months ago)

I was there today early morning with my 22 month old son as he was having a hard time breathing and didn’t want to take any chances or wait any longer. I’ve read some of the negative reviews and all I can say is I do not agree with them. The entire staff was so amazing! We were taken back immediately and triaged. Then we were sent to our room. The Doctor in the am on Saturday mornings were extremely nice, caring, checked on us to see if we needed anything. I honestly have nothing negative to say. My husband and I couldn’t be more happier or satisfied with the treatment my son received and us as parents as well. Thank you pediatric er for taking care of our little baby boy. We are forever thankful! (3 weeks ago)

Worst experience in my life. Would give zero stars. ER doctor literally told me she had no idea how to treat my son. Nurse who took his blood was horrible. My 5 year old was poked so many times and his arms were bruised so bad. He is now afraid to get his blood drawn. All the specialist that we have seen since our ER visit were in shock that we were dischanged without proper test. All have said to never to back, which we won’t!!! (2 months ago)

My wife spent four days in this hospital with a life-threatening problem, many complications, requiring exploring several different possible causes. The doctors were sharp, attentive, caring, communicative - and effective. We couldn't have had better care. (2 weeks ago)
