I’ve had both of my children here, have gone to ER many times, and have never had any drastic issues. The staff is 9/10 very friendly, informative, and all around comforting with whatever your situation may be. I would recommend this hospital to my friends & family, definitely. (4 weeks ago)

Like all hospitals staffing is a problem. Not enough to meet the needs of patients. That is why I recommend staying with the patient to help when and where you can. Rate this hospital a lot higher than others I have been in, both as a patient and a family member helping with care. Everyone I met was helpful and caring. It's very hard to be a nurse or aid with so many patients and so little help. Running a hospital is not an easy job but Stormont Vail seems to be the best so far. (a month ago)

I have just had the worst and most frustrating hospital experience of my life. I went to the ER with a long standing history of kindney stones. I saw multiple staff who gave me different, disconnected information. I was given an ulrasound in order to avoid excess radiation but ended up having a scan with no explanation in addition anyway. I was given no indication that I would be there overnight, no results and despite being told that they wanted to make sure my questions were answered, they were not. I was told my stone was 7mm by one person and later, 3 by another, surgery by one, no surgery by the other. One nurse was rude and awful....until the doctor arrived and her personality changed. Lastly as I was waiting for discharge a chair arrived to take me to x ray with no explanation which I refused. This wasn't even everything. With the exception of one doctor and one nurse in the ER I felt like I was in a bad movie. I will go elsewhere next time! (2 weeks ago)

Very pleased with the customer service here. It’s already tough working in the emergency room dealing with sick people I say they do the very best they can and I appreciated their help. (a week ago)

Literally just went in there because I’m having awful stomach cramps (I’m pregnant) and they put me in a waiting room for over 2 hours and came and took everyone who came in hours after me. Definitely not having my child there nor will o ever be returning. Awful experience. (3 months ago)
