Great place. Good customer service (in the last week)

Every doctor and nurse we've dealt with through this facility has been amazing! All except one, an ER doctor named Tracy (didn't get her last name)who was rude to my 4 year old daughter for asking why she was taking so long to see her, and was rude to my husband for bringing our daughter to have the bump on her head checked out. Apparently when your child has an accident resulting in a nasty head bump, you shouldn't take them in! Children are going to say things that irritate you, it doesn't mean you should be any less professional to them! (4 months ago)

Whatever the problem is they need to do something about it. Service is suffering. (in the last week)

The. Rotating Doctors make it good (a month ago)

I will never go to this hospital again I went to the emergency room with multiple problems and all they did was look at my ear and diegnosed me with an ear infection and I ended up back in the hospital again later that evening with more problems. (4 months ago)
