Spent over 6 hours in the ER. Nothing was done. Sent home to go back to my regular doc. And I live over an hour away. Thank you for wasting my time... The time spent waiting to see the doctor was crazy. They dont go in order as you sign in, they go based on your condition. Crazy!! (a month ago)

If I can give zero stars I would! How in the world do they tell you what’s important or not? Everyone is important! Then you are waiting for hours upon hours and you know good and well it’s rooms available especially when they created extra rooms for “less important” patients! Come on now y’all suck (a month ago)

You're waiting for HOURS before you're call to get checked out. They didn't draw my blood nor did they give me any pain meds. I didn't like it there and never going back there. They don't really check you, they just look, touch, and automatically diagnose you...very helpful! (a week ago)

The previous poster is telling the truth. Tonight they were literally making a 90-year-old man who needed a blood transfusion wait over eight hours in the waiting room before being seen. My husband has a horrible injury and after being there four hours the receptionist kindly admitted that our chances of being seen before sunrise were slim to none and that we might as well go home and find somewhere else to go in the morning. So why can’t they tell people the TRUTH upon arrival that being seen within a 10-hour timespan will be impossible that night? A little straight-up honesty would go a long way. And yes, we’re fully insured and can pay. Makes no difference here. (2 months ago)

From reception to nursing staff, most horrid, rude, uncaring and pathetic service. Receptionist talking on her cellphone through her blue tooth, rolling her eyes at me. LOOK, THIS IS MY LOVED ONE AND SHE IS IMPORTANT TO ME. been here OVER two and a half hours been in a room for an hour and still no doctor, or pain medication and my mom has a broken ankle ! Called for a nurse 20 minites ago, still waiting. My dog gets better care at the vet. She has insurance, we will pay our copay now do your JOB. this is ridiculous. I'm sure this review is useless and they could care less, but HEALTH CARE needs to change. Every patient is someones mom or dad, every patient is important. IF THIS WAS YOUR LOVED ONE MR. OR MS. DR, NURSE AND RUDE RECEPTIONIST HOW WOULD THEY BE TREATED. (3 months ago)
