WARNING ⚠️!! I have been dreading posting this but people need to know I know hospitals can’t always do everything you expect but my son had stopped breathing. Salem Indiana Hospital poked my 2 month old son in both hands both feet before they tried to put an IV through his head. Also if your baby need transportation they have to wait for a baby buggy to come from Louisville NOW remember my son stopped breathing and they still didn’t even attempt to try to transport their self! They told us 15 minutes before the helicopter got there that he was going by air it takes 15 for the helicopter to get from Louisville to Salem! My son is 2 months old when kosiars got to Salem they asked for sugar water to calm my son Salem didn’t have or couldn’t make sugar water! And the people from kosiars was asking how they was using the IV because it was already blown they were pumping fluid through a blown vein. Also kosiars flight team asked for a baby blanket they don’t even have those so they had to put a full size blanket on him and try to work around it! I am just warning ⚠️ if you have to take your baby to Salem Indiana hospital they can’t transport babies or they at least don’t try FEEL FREE TO SHARE!! (2 months ago)

One of the highest priced hospitals in this area of Southern Indiana for a 3 hour stint in the emergency room over $7,000 just so they could check my blood pressure and vitals before transferring me to New Albany. Nevermind I had a hundred and three degree fever and couldn't get ice because I was dehydrated. This place is nothing more than a band aid station and a very expensive one at that. No reason that 3 hours cost $7,000 (a month ago)

Horrible doctors in the emergency room. I can't believe they graduated from college. What do you need to work as a doctor at St. Vincent emergency room....GED (3 months ago)

Went to er with swelling in my groin and was told to use a heating pad.the next day my fever went to 103.it turns out that i had mrsa and the doctor send me away.i would avoid this place at all cost.im trying to file a complait but nothing will ever come of it (5 months ago)

They said my MRI showed nothing wrong in my neck. They were wrong! I have 2 bulging discs at C5 & C6! That is not a small mistake by any means and could have lead to a very bad quality of life for me! On the flip side, I love my primary care doctor and wouldn't change him for anything! He is knowledgeable, friendly, and on top of his game! How does somebody that good work for a place that bad? (a year ago)
