I have a fear of hospitals and doctors and have really had some bad experiences throughout my life. This was not the case here. The entire staff was so caring and attentive throughout my 5 day stay! The facility was super clean and warm and I was really taken care of. Will never go to Lakeview EVER again and this will be my family's go to hospital! (in the last week)

One of the ladies in the front desk of the emergency was rude, being a smart butt, when checking blood pressure she put it on too tight and just a horrible personality. Also doctors so fast to excuse what you feel and say it’s in ones head and try to send you home fast while still feeling pain. They don’t really try to figure out what you have and cure you. (a month ago)

ER room was a nasty place...there was dried blood spots on the floor...other stains of something...I shared with doctor and nurses and they seem not to care. Once we were moved to a room on second floor the area was clean and service was better. BEWARE OF THE NASTY ER floors...not a healthy place. (3 months ago)

It’s a hospital so it’s somewhere I didn’t want to be for four days with my mom but the experience was made better by the people that worked there. The nurses on the 2nd floor are great. They’re on 12 hour shifts so you see them often. Yasha, Mallory, Marissa, Quiana, Kelly, Jessi etc etc. Amazing nurses. All were in good moods and never complained or acted like they were being bothered. They would get a vein for my mom’s IV on the first try. The cafeteria food was pretty good and there was good variety. The parking across from the emergency room was convenient. I wish the rooms weren’t double occupancy but insurance won’t pay for their Kardashian deluxe suite. There was a TV and a bathroom so it wasn’t horrible. I never want to be here again but it was a good experience considering where I was. (a week ago)

I went here a couple months ago with a sharp pain in my chest, it hurt so bad that I couldn't breath and it hurt.. I waited forever for the doctor and when he came in he said "I'm going to prescribe you an inhaler for your problem take 4 puffs" I later find out from other doctors that because of my weight (102) and my age (14) THAT 4 PUFFS WAS THE ADULT DOSAGE!!! IT MAKES SINCE BECAUSE AFTER THIS STUPID DOCTOR PRESCRIBE ME THE MEDICINE I FELT WORSE.. it made my heart beat very fast and I got panic attacks because I was scared.. worst hospital ever!!! Also the nurses here is such garbage.. they are rude and not helpful at all.. I suggest going to Lake View they are super fast and beyond nice, it's like they are angles.. their attitude is extremely comforting.. (5 months ago)
