Went to the ER in the evening on a weekend for a torn ligament in my ankle from falling down a staircase. I was in and out super quickly and everyone was very helpful and didn't make me feel rushed through the process. I got some quick x-rays and an exam. The PA on duty sent me home with a wrap, brace, icing directions, and follow-up information at OrthoNY. The hospital itself was wonderful even though St. Peter's Health Partners administration is an absolutely nightmare to work with. (a month ago)

I love St. Mary's Hospital! It is close to home and I always have a positive experience when I go there (and I have been in various units of the hospital.) I went in for a lumbar puncture and the doctor who performed the procedure was absolutely wonderful. He was funny, tried his best to ease my nerves and was successful! Post procedure staff was also kind and accommodating while having to stay in the hospital for 3 hours after the procedure. This was a particularly pleasant experience I will always remember! This will always be my hospital of choice! (7 months ago)

Horrible service today. Im trying to explain what's going on with my son, I'm an spanic person, and the doctor what attended me she was quite pedantic, for my remarkable accent. Always repeated not understand my explanation. I don't like at all the treatment to my son. (a month ago)

THIS IS NO LONGER AN ER. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY (a month ago)

These nurses here violated hippa asking me my private health information and my social and everything in front of a male patient they had me in a room with I am beyond disgusted with this hospital then when I stepped outside of the room the nurse tells me I have to go back inside because it’s a hippa violation I said are you kidding me after you just violated my privacy besides there are beds out here anyway there is no privacy what so ever this is my first and last time here and I will report these nurses I also over head the nurses talking and I heard one say that she was trying to get fired big red flag to me. I just can’t help but wonder what is she willing to do to get fired and why would you even say that so unprofessional. I wouldn’t want someone like that taking care of me ever. (6 months ago)
