I took my daughter to the lab on the second floor to get blood drawn, which should be simple. I do appreciate that they took her after I forgot my insurance card. However, I did not appreciate the fact that it took them 50 minutes to take her in to get the blood drawn. No one told us about the wait at the front desk. Several people came in after my daughter were called first. Next time, we will go to another lab that gets the task done more efficiently. Mary Beth Morand (a week ago)

I truly hope that I never end up at that hospital again. I had an accident and came in as an emergency patient, in an ambulance. I was therefore not able to select a hospital, and having never set foot in the place, had no predisposed notions of it to start with. Based on my experience now however, the "care" I received, and the insurance billing, I am of the opinion that they cared more about billing my great insurance than they did caring for me. I especially despised being humiliated by a couple of St. Mary's employees. There are other, BETTER hospitals in the area (so if you're at least semi-conscious when they wheel you in, make a wise choice, and get out). (a week ago)

Brought into the ER for a non life threatening issue at 8:30am. Finally saw a doctor at 3:45 and told that I was being released. At 5:30 still no release paperwork. Can't even get my clothes or phone from them! Just pacing the halls now. So angry! (2 months ago)

June 20th I under went a scheduled surgery. I found the facility to be very clean with state of the art equipment. The staff and surgeon were amazing and provided excellent care. (2 weeks ago)

The hospital itself was nice. Long story short my husband went there in 2007 for an injury. Fast forward to today (April 2018) we just received a notice of wage garnishment. St Marys does not use a debt collecting agency they use an attorney so you are screwed when life happens. We were only 18 at the time and had no clue and now this. Just be aware that if you can’t afford your medical bills at time, you can’t settle, you have to pay everything even if it’s 10 years later! (3 months ago)
