Horrible service. Long wait. No help. Heading to Peoria. Shouldn’t have wasted two hours of our time here. Never again. (a week ago)

I drove an elderly lady from Ottawa to see Dr. Perona with a 1:45 pm appointment. After we left Ottawa her husband was called by his receptionist that she was late for her 1pm appointment. Again her appointment card said 1:45pm. We arrived at Dr. Perona's office at 1:35 pm. on time for her 1:45 pm appointment, and was told her appointment was at 3:30pm not 1:45pm as indicated on her card. Both receptionists were belligerent, and unapologetic. Said they would try to work her in. She was finally worked in, and I do not recommend anyone use this Doctor's office until he straightens his receptionists out. They said mistakes happen. Ha!! 3 of them in less than 1 1/2 hrs. NEVERMORE. (8 months ago)

Oh wait it was a long wait to see dr. perona he is a great doctor I almost left before I got to see him because the receptionist was so rude she called me up 17 different times to the window insisted my insurance was no good even though it was made me call them and of course they told me it was fine ask me if I had Medicaid Medicare wasn't sure she told me I should know what kind of insurance I have but when your husband don't let you get involved anything you don't know anything then she acted like I was just the biggest pain in her butt treated me so poorly it's like she was trying to run people away from the doctor not bring them in so look out for the receptionist which one it is shouldn't be hard to figure out she's absolutely miserable and tries to make everyone around her Miserable as well (5 months ago)

They have always taken good care of my husband when I took him with heart problems. Plus the ER was very clean and the nurses and staff helped out as much as they could. (4 months ago)

I dont remember this hospital but I was born in this hospital (5 months ago)
