We ended up in the ER while visiting from out of town, and we are very grateful for the excellent care and compassion our daughter received while at St. Luke’s Hopsital. The nurse, Jen M. And Dr. Donaldson were fantastic and went above and beyond to care for our daughter. Thank you! (3 weeks ago)

Poor service. When a patient actually needs help they tend to not care but when drug addicts come in they give them what they want and don’t care about anything but when it comes to a patient in need it’s oh see the primary and yet all the doctors that are within st Luke’s primary doesn’t care and sends them to an er instead of fully evaluate a patient. Hire people that actually want to take the time out to hear the patients ER doctors and technicians can only do emergency care not a care that needs to be fully evaluated. Step up or give the company to Lehigh valley where they actually care along with Morristown (2 weeks ago)

I would give them zero stars if it was an option. Was there over four hours, half of that time was spent in the waiting room, i finally go into a room with no chairs, vital equipment, tv, NOTHING. Just a bed with dirty sheets. Then for the doctor to come in finally about 1 1/2 hours later and tell me there is nothing she can do for me. Turns out i had an ovarian cyst erupt and was in excruciating pain because of it. I had told the doctor that i had ovarian cysts, when she told me the pain in my abdomen had NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CYST. The nurse made me pee in a cup- the pee sat in my room until i left. THEN icing on the cake, got sent a bill for $150..... the next week a bill for $300. I've been calling for weeks to get my bill settled and no one will take responsibility for the disaster that they call an emergency room. They expect me to pay them for "the nurses and doctors showing up to work". NO. EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU ARE DYING, DO NOT GO THERE. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST EMERGENCY ROOM I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Fantastic hospital. Nurses are beyond welcoming and comforting. Everyone is very professional from the front desk to the doctors them selves. Having my first ever surgery there needless to say I wasn't too excited about the procedure but immediately upon arriving the staff made the entire process a breeze. Thank you very much guys (5 months ago)

Thank you to everyone we encountered tonight! The emergency room staff was so caring and sincere. My husband was taken in quickly and Heather our nurse and Dr. Parada were so incredibly personable and effective. I can’t thank them enough. I was so impressed and thankful for the care my husband received. (5 months ago)
