Took my husband here because it was in our insurance network. The nurses and support staff were great. Very friendly and caring. The wait was minimum. Then the ER Dr. Stone dropped the ball, the quality of care provided horrible. She didn't really seam to care about treatment. My husband ended up at memorial Herman ER. St Luke is not a good place for emergency care. (a week ago)

The wait was over 2 hours but I got the best care you could ask for. I was in ICU for 3 days fighting a serious infection. This hospital, its nurses and doctors are wonderful! Dr. Solipuram and Nurse Philip are amazing! Two days after being released, I was still nervous and had many questions and the doctor always returned all my calls immediately. Thank you for everything! (a month ago)

I commend the cafeteria staff. The service was fantastic. The nurses Tim and Katherine were awesome. Asties and Cynthia was also very nice. As for as the the other 5h floor nurse attendees were very rude. I had to use the restroom and they told me quote "were coming but it is going to take a while". My bed had a bed alarm on it that was not on and I was a fall patient. I went to the restroom and fell because they did not come. When I called the nurses station they would answer" What do you need very rudely. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Overall I would not suggest any one to come to this hospital. Worst bedside manner and hospital that I have visited. Came in due to numbness in severe pain in one side of my body after taking a CAT scan and a little blood the doctor comes back and tells me that I can’t be treated because there is no diagnosis. The doctor tells me that he can’t find anything wrong with me and sent Me home. I made the doctors aware that I was previously diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and explained to them that the numbness and pain was very severe. I communicated with four nurses whom were supposed to tell the doctor that I had been previously diagnosed. Still the doctor sent me home with no relief from the pain or numbness. You are better off going to sugar land Methodist or a local hospital near you, there is a good chance this hospital will not treat you accurately or at all. The nurses are very nonchalant and there is just an airy feeling in this hospital (4 months ago)

My dad was transferred here from out of town and we have received THE BEST care. Countless doctors have seen him in just 6 days. Neurologist, cardiologist, nephrologist, urologist and more. His health has really turned around and I I'm sure it's because of the friendly, prompt, and educated staff. The nurses are phenomenal! Sometimes hard to understand, but nicer than anything we have ever experienced. Thank you, St. Luke's! (2 months ago)
