RELEASED WITH A CONDITION THAT COULD HAVE BEEN FATAL! I only gave this review one star because I couldn't post it otherwise, but not even one star is deserved. Well St. Luke's, you've done it again! First you provided horrible care to my mother in 2012 and now to my sister in 2018. In 2012 I had to write a letter regarding the horrible care my mother received at this facility. Only after that were there persons checking on her around the clock even before she could call. That shouldn't be what it takes to get quality care. And at that point it's not even genuine, it's more like obligation. Fast forward to Sunday, June 8, 2018, my sister against her better judgment and out of shear desperation comes into your facility in tremendous pain. She went through emergency. She was told she had acute gastritis. She was released from emergency with a prescription for Pepcid. She questioned not being given anything for pain but was told that was what she needed. She left the hospital. She left your hospital the same way she came in, in tremendous pain! We got the prescription filled and went home. She suffered in pain for hours. She called the hospital later that night and asked when should she start to fill some relief. She was told "the medicine doesn't work instantly, you have to give it time". Well my sister then asked should she come back because she was hurting so bad. She was told "you can if you want to, there is another doctor here now". She suffered through the night hoping the medicine would eventually provide some relief. Unfortunately, that was not the case. My sister went to see her primary care physician the next day. Her doctor sent her to emergency immediately, not for acute gastritis. My sister had to have emergency surgery to remove her appendix. We are thankful to God that she received the care she needed in time. We are also thankful that her appendix didn't rupture or burst. St. Luke's YOU BETTER BE THANKFUL TOO! (a week ago)

The wait was over 2 hours but I got the best care you could ask for. I was in ICU for 3 days fighting a serious intestinal infection. This hospital, its nurses and doctors are wonderful! Dr. Solipuram and Nurse Philip are amazing! Two days after being released, I was still nervous and still had many questions; the doctor always returned all my calls immediately. Thank you for everything! (a week ago)

Took my husband here because it was in our insurance network. The nurses and support staff were great. Very friendly and caring. The wait was minimum. Then the ER Dr. Stone dropped the ball, the quality of care provided horrible. She didn't really seam to care about treatment. My husband ended up at memorial Herman ER. St Luke is not a good place for emergency care. (2 months ago)

As others have said in previous reviews, ER Dr. Stone is terrible. She is rude and unprofessional. She made me feel that I was exaggerating and that my pain was not a big deal. She admitted me ONLY because my primary doctor practically forced her to do so and after having a big argument with me about it. Dr. Jafri, supposedly a gastroenterologist, can't even read an endoscopy. He said my results were normal, but when my gastroenterologist (of course, not from this hospital) saw the photos, he immediately found what was wrong with my esophagus. Dr. Akhtar, the nurses, and the assistants were all very nice and competent. (in the last week)

My wife was admitted to the ER for an UTI on Thursday night and even after it came back positive for infections the idiots there never ran a culture. When we were there the nurse told us the culture results takes 48 hours to come back. When I call on Sunday to check for the results they tell me that no culture was ran (It was Mr. Craig who was on the phone) , I ask him who was in charge when my wife was admitted he said he does not know since he wasn't there and when I ask him there must be some record of who attended to my wife he said no. This hospital has no accountability. The Nurse literally dragged the IV needle of my wife when we got discharged. When they are billing thousands of dollars there should be a minimum amount of responsibility and accountability. If you care for your life never ever go this hospital or ER. They dont care baout anything other than ripping you off. I work for an OBGYN group and I will make sure its my life's mission that nobody from my practice ever gets admitted here. Because of some idiot now my wife has to go to her OBGYN again on monday and give her a urine sample and it will take another 48 hours for the culture results to come back while she still waits for her medications based on the culture. I wish i could do 0 stars!! (in the last week)
