We took my daughter to the ER and AFTER they had gotten my insurance information and sent us to a room in the back they informed us that they do not provide care for children under 18. They don't have a pediatric unit, so they called an ambulance and sent my daughter to another hospital. But they got paid from my insurance and we had to pay our ER deductible twice, plus the ambulance ride. Why didn't they tell us from the get-go they don't take care of children? We would've taken her elsewhere. I would not recommend this facility to anyone with kids. And because of my experience, I wouldn't choose this facility for myself or any adults either. (a week ago)

Was admitted almost two years ago for shortness of breath. Did blood tests from First Choice ER then sent here to St. Luke's hospital. 4 times they drew blood over the night. Normal. Didn't see a doctor until next day in the afternoon. He looked at me, asked a few questions and said I was fine. 5 minutes, Then added a CT Scan of lungs! Normal. In the end, I was discharged with no explanation of what was wrong with me. I am sure it wasn't an anxiety attack. Easy money for the hospital. (3 months ago)

I felt rushed, like the main objective was to get me out! I’ve been here once for surgery and once for a bad allergic reaction that caused blistering. Both times I felt rushed, like the only thing they cared about was getting the bed empty! They even sent me home with a fever! (in the last week)
