Was admitted almost two years ago for shortness of breath. Did blood tests from First Choice ER then sent here to St. Luke's hospital. 4 times they drew blood over the night. Normal. Didn't see a doctor until next day in the afternoon. He looked at me, asked a few questions and said I was fine. 5 minutes, Then added a CT Scan of lungs! Normal. In the end, I was discharged with no explanation of what was wrong with me. I am sure it wasn't an anxiety attack. Easy money for the hospital. (a month ago)

I came in here this evening to check on a relative and was appalled at the disrespectful, unprofessional, narcissistic behavior I witnessed from a specific male staff member. He spoke in a condescending manner when asked reasonable, basic questions. I would not hire said individual nor have him work at any establishment which I owned/worked at/or visited on any occasion. When I witness people treated poorly without provocation it makes me no longer want to visit said location or recommend them. I know healthcare providers are tired, many people are trust me, but there is no reason to behave as poorly as this individual did. There are A LOT of people entering the healthcare field and your job is at stake, the competition is fierce. You are serving clientele that without, you would not have a job. These specific individuals have healthcare which they pay a lot of money for, you are not doing them a favor. I will be calling to make a direct complaint at a more reasonable hour. (a week ago)

Money driven. Tests unneeded. Staff was actually nasty. Would get up and walk out but hooked to a machine. I came in for stomach virus. NEVER returning. Absolutely terrible experience. Unprofessional towards the client (a week ago)

I had surgery here, and they were very caring and kind. They called the night of my surgery to check on me and they called the next day to make sure I was ok and since I was on heavy medication, they repeated the instructions again for post surgery. Awesome place! I will say they are very pricey, but I feel it is worth it. (a month ago)

I'm here with my wife who had been scheduled for a colonoscopy. She was contacted by the hospital to come in almost an hour earlier than the scheduled appointment. We arrived and now after being here for several hours in the prep room, we were just informed that they won't have an available anesthesiologist for her procedure for another 3 hours. My wife has been without food nor water for the allotted time, and now must WAIT LONGER! This is very unprofessional. In addition, I have had to rearrange my busy schedule in support of my wife's procedure. Now both if us are very much delayed. We were told this has never happened here before, but under the circumstances, it is difficult to understand how they could mess up such an important schedule. They were quick to make sure payment arrangements were made, but slow on service. Ugggh! (2 months ago)
