Went in for kidney stones and infection. They didn't screw around with time in the ER, surgery, and treatment. Staff was extremely polite and professional. They had time for me no matter what questions I had. The nurses and doctors were great. I'm the kind of person that likes to understand how everything work and Francis took the time to explain how a CAT Scan actually works as he was really proficient in the operation of the equipment. Great job everyone!!!! (a month ago)

Brought my Mom in by ambulance. Paramedic said her blood pressure was so high that she was ready to have a stroke. Had to get to a hospital right away. So far no Dr. No medication. Just sitting here. It's been 3 hours. I guess they're not too concerned. Everyone is nice but no urgency at all. Dr came, test run and it's now 5 hours and still nothing. (3 months ago)

One of the best hospitals I’ve ever been to from the ER to surgery to laboratory and mammogram services. Staff is friendly and helpful and always have a smile on their face. Wonderful service! (3 weeks ago)

Three days ago I was brought in by ambulance with massive left side head pain. I was nauseous and dizzy. In the ambulance I was given something for nausea and also a strong pain killer. After arriving at st. Lukes I was then given a migraine cocktail. Mind you, I knew it wasn't a migraine and I told the doc and nurses this. The combination of meds I was given pretty much knocked me out. I was shortly thereafter taken for a CT scan which eventually determined that I had a major sinus blockage. After the doc told me this, she said she was getting my discharge papers together and I was free to go. I told her I was still in a lot of pain. And I was very dizzy from the medicine they gave me. I was then told that I couldn't stay there. That I needed to go to the waiting room because they had a stretcher outside waiting to come in. I was basically kicked out of the ER in pain and unsteady. There was no care. No sympathy. Nothing. Just basically GET OUT. I was in too much pain and too drowsy to even say anything. Definitely won't be going back there again. (a week ago)

Everyone there was helpful polite and well informed. They always answered my requests and gave me the info I needed. Doctors offered information and consultations were informative. (a month ago)
