To be honest I was a bit nervous delivering my child here . I was wanting a different hospital. I am so glad we ended up delivering here . The birthing center is one of kind. The nurses were so supportive especially Jen who helped me in labor I am not sure how I would have made it through without the support of these ladies . The center is welcoming and they try their hardest to make you feel at home . Great job birthing center and thank you ! (a month ago)

Wonderful experience! I was brought in by the ambulance with a gash to my head. Nurse practitioner came by to let me know what was going to happen. I waited about 15 minutes for a lady to get me to have a cat scan done. Nurse came back shortly after. He was very caring and took his time with my stitches. I believe his name is Blair! Such a sweetheart. Another nurse came by to give me care instructions and I had registration check me out. That all took about two hours which was very fast considering other places take 6 hours or more. Fast forward 6 days later, I came in to get my stitches out. I was in and out. Everyone is so nice! Love it here. (4 months ago)

Hospital visits are not something you look forward to. That said I had two full knee replacements this year, April & Sept. My first one went so smoothly and I was so well taken care of I had no concerns leading to my second one. Once again I was treated with first class treatment in a top notch hospital by a first rate staff! I highly recommend St. Lucie Medical Center and Dr. Mark Powers. Both of my knees are doing very well and my recovery, thanks to his muscle sparing technique was amazing. After both knee replacements I was back riding my road bike and playing full rounds of golf in exactly four weeks! (5 months ago)

Nightmarish emergency room experience. These horrible, horrible people have the gall to advertise on US 1 that they have 5 minute wait times for the emergency room. How profoundly dishonest these people are! That means they will give you a clipboard within five minutes and then you can wait 4 hours to see someone and then 3 hours more to get a rushed, incomplete answer. Need something? Expect to wait a LONG time. There is one part of the emergency room staff that will be on the ball and that is the billing department making damn sure that they rape every last cent you own from you and your children's children. My God how can this place be allowed to function like this? THIRD WORLD HOSPITAL WITH BEVERLY HILLS PRICES. RUN RUN RUN-- and go someplace else if you possibly can! When you see that sign on US 1 just know that THESE PEOPLE ARE DEEPLY DECEPTIVE AND YOU WILL SIT FOR HOURS AND HOURS WITHOUT HELP. $$$$$$$$$$$$ IS WHAT THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT. (5 months ago)

I am giving 3 stars for the nurses they are amazing I was admitted had to stay over night I didn’t have insurance I was in the process of getting it so my stay was paid for I was given the least possible care not even hooked up to a heart monitor it was funny a few nurses kept saying let me unhook your monitor not to worry I don’t have one i asked the the dr how he knew I had a certain condition seeing how the test wasn’t done to diagnose it he told me 2 plus 2 equals 4 on my discharge papers it said I refused a certain vaccination I never was even offered it also said they explained about certain things on there I was never talk to about anything on there at all when i first went in I couldn’t breathe another dr had to tell the attending dr to put me on Oxygen and also monitor my pulse ox mind you my pulse ox was 88 I do have to say the second dr was kind and cared and did his job I really think the ceo needs to have someone go under cover to see how things are being run I am sure it is hit and miss but like I said I couldn’t ask for a better nursing staff and the second er dr was amazing (in the last week)
