Cut my leg paintballing and I drove to emergency. When I got to the emergency room it was empty and I assumed I would be seen fairly quickly .After the room filled with people within 30 min. They got to everyone else but me then the room filled again and then once again I was neglected. After 2 1/2 hrs I just left and treated my wound by myself. Im never going back to that place again (a week ago)

They prescribed my daughter an antibiotic that she is ALLERGIC to. They administered this to her via IV. I asked multiple times if she was allergic to it and they kept telling me no. I let it go because they are nurses and doctors, they went to school for this and they should be paying attention to detail. I trusted them. We went home and she started to hive, scratch her neck, body and she started to get redness on her neck and body. I thought maybe it was because she was sweating due to her wearing her sweater and because we just got out the hospital, and hospitals are full of bacteria and germs. When my parents went to the pharmacy, the pharmacy said they can’t give her the antibiotic because it shows on their computer she’s allergic to it. Why is it he pharmacy had records of her allergy to his medication but this multimillion dollar hospital had NO RECORD of it anywhere. My daughter is 5 years old and the person who answers the phone stated that there’s nothing they can do about it. They wanted us to wait another 7 hours just to get another prescription of antibiotic that she isn’t allergic to. This is their fault. They need to fix this but they refused to right their wrongs, so now my daughter is suffering because of their mistake! I told that receptionist woman that what if something worse happened to her and her throat closed or something worse! All she could tell me was to either come back and wait in the ER or take her to the urgent care because IT IS FASTER. I’m going to the board and reporting this NEGLECTFUL ACT against a helpless 5 year old girl! Shame on you guys. (a month ago)

I did 40 treatments of hyperbaric chamber there. Great people, security was friendly and helpful, the parking garage lady was awesome always welcomed me with a smile and recognized me every time. Jamie made me feel comfortable when I had a hard time. (2 months ago)

This is the worst, nastiest, unsanitary, hospital I've ever seen in my life!!!! Bums are sleeping in the waiting room the nurses look like the clean up crew literally!!! I'm so glad I'm a faithful Kaiser member because this place is disgusting and rhythm should be ashamed of themselves for even saying this is a hospital!!! It's almost like being in a comedy movie this can't be real!!! And why is the cleaning an moping around us while we are waiting for him to be sown up this is ridiculous!! 🙈🙉🙊💩💩💀💀😠😬😡😕😲😲😲😞😞😞😞😒😒😝😝😝😭😭😭😔😔😔 👀👀👀 (2 months ago)

If I could give St. Joseph's less than one star, I would. It is a filthy hospital. My Mom was taken too the ER because she is a Kaiser pt. She was dx with pneumonia. The Dr in ER said that she would be kept for about 4 days. Guess what... she died there. Was on the Respiratory floor. Not one nurse listened her lungs while she was there. The Respiratory department is a joke. I am still very upset. Same on Kaiser. (2 months ago)
