I was transferred here from a stand alone ER which was fabulous but could no longer handle my situation. I thought I would not get the personal care i was getting previously due to it being an actual hospital with more patients to care for but I am giving them 5 stars because it is well deserved for the wonderful care I have received these past many days. Wonderful and excellent staff, nurses and docs!!!! (in the last week)

My husband had a pacemaker implanted by Dr.Mays in February. All the staff at the hospital were lovely. I wish I could remember all the names! From the nurses and doctors to the technicians and the precious chaplains, our experience there was matchless. I cannot say enough good about St. Joseph’s. (2 months ago)

Do NOT come to this hospital for “Care” - Quality “care” was cut out by greed. I’m from another city and State. When visiting this hospital E.R. with chest discomfort. You are required to wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. I’m told by locals and even their own physician that there were cuts in staff. It SHOWS. Management does not fair well in managing their financial resources, and the patient “pays” by waiting, not being serviced in a timely manner, and TIME is of the essence when it is YOUR health. Think twice before considering this hospital facility. It’s NOT worth the wait. Yes (in the last week)

On May 5th I was transported via ems with trauma injuries. While the doctor took excellent care of me my discharge papers stated test levels some low some high no explanation, it was clear that my body was fighting some type of infection. And the registrar has had my driver's license and insurance for over a week without notifying me. I'm supposed to already been seen but my doctor but they won't see me unless I have my driver's license and insurance for them to scan! Now my husband has to drive over an hour just to pick them up. Came to the ER after being involved in a car accident. By the time I got to the back, there was an IV, lab, and CT scans done within 30 minutes, at the most. Come to find out, I broke 3 vertebrae in my back - extremely painful! They had me a room ready within just minutes of receiving that news. From the time I got onto the trauma floor, I was treated with the upmost care EVER. The nurses and doctors are truly AMAZING! They took amazing care of me. I will never not use St. Joseph’s. ❤️🙌🏻 (2 months ago)
