Emergency room doctors were high energy, nurses station was clear, the intake was efficient and they kept me up to date on moms condition. They respected moms right to dignity and to use no life support ☘️ (2 months ago)

Literally worst expirence of my entire life the staff was extremely unfriendly and I honestly felt my whole visit to be very frightening I would never EVER recommend anyone to go to this awful place (in the last week)

The Rally program here is so bad that it seem they are running a correctional facility the kids are threatened like inmates and so are the non custodial parents and yet parents have to pay to be with their child and dont even get me started with the staff who are not authorized to speak to children behind closed door prior to any visit (a week ago)

Do not go to St. Francis for anything other an burns. My mother went into the hospital for pneumonia and we could not get any doctor to call us to tell us what was going on with her and her care. I was out of the country for work and my husband was listed by my mother as next of kin but never once did they communicate anything with us. One day my husband went in to visit her and they had discharged her without telling any of her family that they were doing this or where they were sending her. They sent her deathly ill, (literally, she died 1.5 weeks later) to a nursing home that was not equipped to take care of people who have multiple health issues that lead to her dying. So avoid this hospital and their lack of communication and lack of understanding of how ill a patient can be, by all means! (6 months ago)

I have had multiple surgeries there, its a one stop shop with great care form all the staff. (5 months ago)
