Love the hospital and the personnel, but about froze in the surgery waiting room! It definitely needs some improvements...No reading material, one small TV you can't hear, no snacks (did have coffee and drink vending machine), one of the chairs I sat in had almost no cushioning left (it was like sitting between two wooden slats). Oh and be warned all the seating is vinyl so it's tough on bare legs. (3 weeks ago)

Very good people mostly. Some great doctors and some not so great... Be choosy just like you should be. (a week ago)

Trying to find a friend in the hospital, off duty nurse seen I had the lost and worried look in my face, and walked me right to the room. Little things like that matter in life ! (3 months ago)

HORRIBLE. The staff does not know what they're doing in OB. One nurse tried to cath me without my permission when I was well and able to go to the restroom, then proceeds to try to get an attitude! Another nurse I asked politely to start an IV in my arm for fluids because I have a good vein she insisted after I asked plenty of times not to give me an IV in my hand and a month later my vein and hand is still blown! I called to report and was told that I would be contacted back. Never happened. I wouldn't send my dog to this hospital. RUN is all I can say. (7 months ago)

This hospital literally saved my life, stopped breathing and woke up about 24 hours later, I had no idea that I was on a ventilator machine. So grateful. St. Francis also has an amazing acute rehab center, beautiful physical therapist and occupational therapist, The rehab nurses were so precious to me and my family, this hospital also helped us get our vehicle back on the road. Thank you, God bless you! (7 months ago)
