My 91 year old passed away at St. Francis today. Dr. Guerra and the 8th floor staff could not have been more gracious and caring. Dr. Guerra took time each day when he checked on her to talk compassionately with us, answer our questions and to treat her with the utmost respect. Chaplain Randy was also very caring and compassionate. A difficult time in our lives was made made easier by the care of the staff here. Thank you! (3 months ago)

I had a 2 view knee x-ray at St. Francis Downtown and the cost for both the x-ray and the radiologist interpretation was $439. After I got the bill it seemed very high to me so I called Innervision to see what they charge, $90 for the same x-ray based on my health insurance. Never going to St. Francis for any radiology exam again and would recommend everyone shop around too!!! (3 months ago)

Insane bills and itemized list not documented well. One should not advocate such behavior and I will not go there anymore. (a month ago)

Had a child in the ER today. Nurse Jennifer was amazing! (a month ago)

This hospital took in a man for a routine outpatient procedure, and through utter incompetence and apathy, killed him. That man was my father, and thanks to this circus of incompetence masquerading as a hospital, I had to hold his hand while he died today. This is a loathsome institution, and I am making it my mission to see it brought to light. (2 months ago)
