I had the scariest experience of my life. I waited 2 1/2 hours without any medical care. Even though I told them I have cancer. Do not go to this hospital for any reason. The restroom was full of blood and woman went in there until I made a nurse aware of the health hazard to the innocent woman using the restrooms. She told me to “call environmental services” and then an off duty Tacoma Firefighter threatened my life. I called the police and he told me “ to calm down and hung up the phone.” Good luck. Only go here because I have no other choice. Don't trust them with my dog. I have heart, lung and kidney failure and unfortuately have to go to this hospital and it's doctors many times a month. I prefer a vet treat me~ Former RN that is very unhappy with the treatment or lack thereof. Someone mentioned to watch your belongings. True. My jewelry was stolen when I had to take it off for a procedure. (3 weeks ago)

Only giving one star bc of all the bs that happened after I received care from there. The nurse, radiology tech and insurance lady I dealt with were great. It was a quick speedy visit, I was very surprised at the speed. I can only imagine I was just lucky that day. Any doctor visit I've ever had before was never that quick. However, after the initial visit I returned to have a paper filled out for work so I wouldn't lose any attendance pts. THEY REFUSED TO EVEN LOOK AT THEM!! Again this wasnt any workmens comp or anyspecial or legal forms, simply a form for work to not lose attendance pts. It wasnt a work related injury, it was a hiking injury. Basically a more in depth work excuse. I had to get rude and ended up talking to multiple people but when all was said and done they told me straight up we're not going to sign or do anything with that form. They gave me the run around and tried to send me on a wild goose chase. It was obvious the girl was just saying whatever to get me to go on my way. This paper is literally one page and is basically a more in depth work excuse. Would take 2 mins to do. My jobs home office couldn't believe it, said that never happens. So a word to the wise, if you go here you'll probably receive good care. However if you have anything you need filled out for work, tough luck, you're screwed. (in the last week)

Wonderful service! The staff was very kind and compassionate towards my son during his stay. (8 months ago)

I AM PISSED I would like everyone to know just how messed up St. Claire Hospital is, I went the other day to be a support for a friend in extreme pain. I was just informed that the Dr and nurses said they over heard a conversation between the two of us and said that we both Both were drug seeking both BOTH of us. Now this was a private conversation, about when I was in the hospital ER for my chest pain and they gave me morphine which I said I hated and told them I didn't want anymore of that stuff. How am I supposed to feel about this? I am so mad I could spit nails not only did they not give my friend medical care now they are saying just because I was there for support I was drug seeking as well I am not happy (9 months ago)
