Recently I started going to the hospital for Physical Therapy. I cant say enough about the friendly hospitality and professionalism of the staff. The same goes for the H.I.M. staff when special medical records were needed. It makes me extremely happy not have to travel to the hustle and bustle and confusion of main campus. Its a great hospital keep up the good work and please keep the small hospital feel. This is the first Ochsner Hospital I feel like a patient and not a number. (4 months ago)

Went in for an out patient surgery today. Staff was so great! It was 5:30am, which I for one am not at my best so early in the morning, but everyone was so very friendly and helpful. They were very thorough and made sure I understood everything that was going on or if I had any questions before we proceeded. They were very attentive to make sure my pain levels were tolerable and offered any help I needed. I was in and out by noon but never felt pushed out, they made sure I was comfortable and understood my after care before releasing me. Everyone was wonderful and personable. I have had many unpleasant hospital experiences in the past and this was by far my best hospital experience. Thanks to all your staff! You're wonderful. (11 months ago)

It's like being in purgatory. Triage you, throw you in a room and basically leave you there to rot. Yes...I understand it's a ER. But if you can't function effectively on a basic needs level in a reasonable time...then why bother being open at all? Deeply disappointed in the total lack of service and caring. Stick your head out the room to look around and they don't even ask, "Can I help you?"...they look at you like "Why are you out of confinment?" Piss poor at best. (6 months ago)
