Always treats my family with dignity and respect. Definitely saved my mom's life with their quick measures. (2 weeks ago)

Needs to be shut down. They nearly killed 2 of my friends one had a blood clot in his lungs misdiagnosed it, one had some type of rare staph infection that spread to his spine which caused him to have a seizure and the doctor said he's fine it's just a reaction to the medicine they gave him after finally transferring to another hospital they found the problem right away and because of this terrible hospital he might be paralyzed for the rest if his life. If you value you or your children's lives stay far away from this place (4 weeks ago)

If you don't know your Doctors name and you wish to setup an appointment over the phone Karen at the front desk will gladly transfer to the ER. Complete waste of my time. Seems like all this hospital cares about is making money through the ER. She could have asked me for my name. Very professional let me tell you. Just midconversation she transfers the call to the ER, wow. I don't have this problem with Oschner. (2 months ago)

The ER is usually slow in handling patients, but the great Customer Service makes up for it. The ER physician sometimes seems overtaxed with workload (flu season!), but he does remember people and even the reason for their prior visit. Would recommend, if you're in the area and need Emergent Care! (3 months ago)

This is my 1st time here, went straight to the back everyone was nice. Had to wait for a little while but it was worth the wait. This emergency room was a good option for me. I was in pain from a toothache, the doctor came in and explain to me what was going on plus she took her time with me no rush at all gave me what I needed to get rid of my toothache and now im on my way out the door.
