Go to a different ER. My friend was taken there by ambulance after fall at store where she broke her face open in two places and broke her wrist. She was put into a trauma room. No treatment for 4 hours. Then they finally did the 15 minute X-rays. Sat for 1.5 more hours and they finally stitched her face shut and put a splint on her arm. We were in that room for 6 hours for about 30 min combined treatment. I felt so bad for her laying in the bed with the cuts in her face waiting to be stitched for 5.5 hours. If we have a choice, we won’t be going to that ER ever again. (3 months ago)

The family birthplace gives you a runaround. I was told on 3 separate occasions that I didn’t have to schedule a tour, I could just come in and be given one, only to make a drive out there and be told that I had to call and set one up. ( I wouldn’t be mad if I hadn’t called an hour prior and was told that I could just come anytime in the afternoon). They won’t give you registration paperwork without you taking the tour, and they only give tours on Saturdays. I was not told any of this information by the group of nurses that were just sitting there when I came in. They made it seem like I could come in the next day on a scheduled tour. Not happy with how they treat possible patients. (2 months ago)

The doctors, nurses, and staff were all great at the Family Birthplace! I gave birth to my son there last week and thanks to their attentiveness in monitoring us, I have a healthy baby boy born via unplanned C-section due to fetal distress. Once my son was born, everyone also took great care of him in the nursery since he needed just a couple days of extra support being born a few weeks early. I plan on going to the same hospital for any future baby. (3 months ago)

Worst ER I have been to & I’ve been to a few. I had passed out and needed staples in my head. I was there for 5 hours. The doctor was arrogant and didn’t seem to care. I saw him twice in the time I was there. It took 2 nurses 5 attempts to draw blood. Each time they tried they moved the needle around in my arm looking for a vein. I will never recommend this hospital nor will I come back. (2 weeks ago)

I had a terrible bug bite, my fever got up to 103, I was dizzy, rash, and vomiting. Fever obviously means there is something inside your body that it’s trying to kill! They gave me an antibotic and had test run and sent me home. The doctor kept telling me she really believed that it’s this certain bacteria. 4 days later I still have the fever, test came back and I don’t have that bacteria she said she thought I did. So they never called to even let me know!!!! I had to do digging and find out on my own! I DONT KNOW WHAT IS WRONG! When I asked questions that an urgent care doctor had told me could be possibilities, she said, “I mean you could also be hit by a semi, things can happen everyday to people.” .... what? So rude and unprofessional. Not to mention the wait, please just drive further and avoid this. Now I have to pay them for giving me an IV, antibiotic prescription, and blood tests only to know that they can’t even figure out what I have. (a month ago)
