This hospital is the worst in terms of service and expertise. The doctors clearly do not know the most efficient way to diagnose patients. Listen to me carefully, Unless you have a decent amount of medical knowledge, they will take advantage of you and perform all kinds of unnecessary procedures on you without permission and then just later ask for the fees or threaten to send your account to deb collection. They tried to perform unnecessary procedures for me such as IV, fMRI, e.t.c when I clearly did not need those procedures (and I gladly rejected. They were obviously unnecessary, because I am perfectly fine now). When you try to fight them about the unnecessary fees and procedures, they simply claim it is a standard hospital protocol. No, they aren't. It is just a corrupt system performed by this hospital to take more money off of you. This hospital is focused more on making money rather than giving the best option to the patient. There is a reason this hospital has such rating. I would personally sue this hospital for the misdeeds that they do if I had the money. Absolutely disgusted. (a month ago)

I went to the E.R for a head injury. Me and my mother waited countless hours to be seen. They did not have any rooms available so we proceeded to wait. While we were there a young lady was brought in by the ambulance and had several burns from a car wreck. They cut her shirt off and made her get off the stretcher and sit and wait. Her younger sister asked the nurse could she get some type of pain medicine or a room since her sister was crying and only had on a bra and her pants. The nurse COURTNEY JOHNSON told her “There are no rooms and I didn't bring her here”. We were all still waiting and a doctor came to check on a woman who had been there for 10 hours. He realized there was a problem and my mother asked him why is this young lady still standing here half naked and in pain. Courtney decided to open her mouth and get smart with my mother saying her medicine was being ordered. My mother said she wasn't talking to her and because she said that Courtney called security to escort us out. Not only did she put us out the hospital she gave my mother her badge so we could get her name then she snatched it away with an attitude and "bucked" at my mother. Is this the service Springhill provides? (2 months ago)

My Aunt is in the hospital there. I went to visit yesterday I was extremely impressed with the staff. The nurse, the Dr, the housekeeping and the ladies that took her vitals. All we're so pleasant and easy to talk with. Dr was amazing don't remember his name but I know he's from South Africa, the nurse was Bryce. Wonderful team they have there (5 months ago)

outpatient surgery performed. Everyone was extremely nice from the receptionist, the nurse, the nurse in recovery and the gentleman that wheeled me out. I am very pleased at the medical treatment that I received. I will use this medical facility again. (3 months ago)

I went to the ER due to severe fire ant bites the staff from the receptionist, triage nurse, the ladies from x-ray, nurses & doctor were kind, nice, friendly. Couldn't ask for better treatment was in & out within 3 hours. (2 weeks ago)
