Location and Directions

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. So far we love this place. My wife is going through a very difficult pregnancy and they have been great. We've had 25+ visits combined between Sparrow Ionia, and Sparrow Lansing. Many great people work here. (9 months ago)

I was seen in under 5 minutes and the doctors that worked with me really seemed to care about my situation, will come back for further needs. (in the last week)

Nice ladies at the front desk. Clean facility. (5 months ago)

I am not very happy with the outrageous pricing for the pettiest of things done. UPDATE: Recently had a visit to the E.R. and had a much better experience this time around. The doctors as well as the nurses were all very patient, friendly, and would actually take the time to listen to you. I wasn't rush in and out of there. There was quite a long wait to get a room, but that's only because there were tons of people coming in all at once. (a year ago)

I went to the ER a couple of weeks ago with severe neck pain, pain between my shoulder-blades, trouble taking a deep breath, and vomiting. I was unable to keep anything down. I told the ER physician that I knew that I had nerve root compression and that I was going to be seeing a surgeon for it in the near future. I also told him that that trouble taking a deep breath was new and that my doctor suggested that I go in and get checked out. I saw Dr. Vance. This doctor did not listen to my lungs, did not order any x-rays and did not do any blood work whatsoever. He briefly touched the back of my neck. He then said this is obviously a chronic problem. I will give you a shot for nausea and pain. The next day I was much worse and was completely dehydrated. I went to another hospital and was diagnosed with pneumonia and dehydration. is worth the extra drive to go to another hospital. (a year ago)
