I was a patient at this Hospital 3 weeks ago and they told me I had pneumonia I don't believe them because I felt find. I went there for my left leg and head issues. They injected about 5 different antibiotics in my body until I told them I was going home. They tried to get me stay but I didn't because I know I didn't have pneumonia. A week later I got a second opinion and that doctor said I was good. Every since my visit at this Hospital I have been experiencing changes in my body not good changes. I'm a person who respect people in the medical field but most of them only do it for the money. I will never visit this hospital again because I didn't ask for help die. I Pray for the people who walk through those doors.. (in the last week)

The facility was clean and well kept. The doctors, nurses, nurse technicians, kitchen and janitorial staff provided seamless, courteous care for me. Each one performing their respective job functions while remaining team oriented and united. They saved my life. From ER, to ICU to a regular bed, as I transitioned throughout the hospital, the warm, friendly, professional and non judgmental care was present and remained constant throughout my stay. They saved my life. They valued my life. They cared for me. This hospital has terrible reviews and I don’t understand why. The reviews made me afraid but my fears dissolved because of my constant warm and loving care. (2 months ago)

I waited 11 miserable hours. I had to make the decision to get up and address those long and grueling hours to registration, just to see a doctor due to chest pains. When they finally decided to take my blood, it took eight different nurses, and doctors to find a vain in my arm(s). Due to this, both arms are sore and bruised. I cried like a baby The ER rooms are not clean and tidy. The sheets are stained. Nevertheless, my nurse and doctor was very nice when I finally met them. This is the last time I will put myself in this type of situation. Two strikes you’re out! NEVER AGAIN! (3 weeks ago)

Excellent service today. Had lab work and x-ray with dye injection - great service, friendly techs and staff. From the smiling registration clerk to the x-ray technician, everyone was friendly, caring, and professional. (a month ago)

Where do I start? Yesterday, Wanda from scheduling called after 4:00 and left a message to remind me of my appointment and what I would be paying. She failed to hang up before saying to someone beside her (I guess) that she hates leaving messages and that I probably would not show up. I get there today, sign in, pay, put on a gown, have an IV line put in, answer all the background questions, have blood drawn and talk to the anesthesiologist. Then they tell me that the doctor who is supposed to do the procedure is in London and I’ll have to reschedule!?!?? I guess I can be grateful that they didn’t start the anesthesia before figuring that out. (3 months ago)
