Took my mom to the ER here and was treated very efficiently. They took excellent care of her. The PA was the best, going above and beyond to make sure my Mom was ok before discharge. Best hospital in town!! (2 weeks ago)

Best hospital ever. Beautiful, nice, clean. Very professional Doctors, Nurses, Volunteers, Receptionists, Maintenance personnel. Great , super nice, treat every patient or visitor very professional. Recommended 100 % (3 weeks ago)

This facility has really stepped up the past few years! I have chronic conditions and unfortunately end up in the hospital approx. every 2-3 months. South Lake Hospital has nearly become my home away from home. Their doctors take time and listen. They listen to your questions or concerns and address each of them. The nursing staff is THE BEST! Every time I go I make new friends. Some who have even given their phone numbers so that I can keep in touch after I am discharged and also so they can check on me and answer any questions. 5 out of 5 stars here lately! (6 months ago)

I do not understand how this hospital is receiving 1 star reviews. I have had 2 surgeries here, one of which was emergent. When I went to the ER, yes I waited a short time in the waiting room, but was in surgery within 20 minutes of being seen. The people who are complaining about the emergency room should really take a step back and look around them and ask themselves why are they at an emergency room. People abuse the emergency room for stupid non-emergent complaints. This is what causes long wait times, not the staff. The doctors, nurses, techs and admin staff are extremely professional and caring. If my life or health was in danger there is no other place I would rather be. (3 months ago)

I recently admitted our 95 year old mom who has dementia for observation and testing. We went to hospital at 11 am and she had not been cleaned up at all. The had brought her breakfast but no one attempted to sit her up or move tray over her bed or open anything. If you know anything about dementia you know she would need help. We we're trying to prepare her to eat the breakfast tray when they came in with lunch. My husband and I spent the day and not once did they attempt to check her or change her unless we went in search of the nurse. I feel considering her age and her dementia they could of trief to help her way more then they did. So sad that because your 90 and cannot speak up your neglected. I was not happy with the care at this hospital (4 months ago)
