OB department is top notch. Best imaginable C-section. It felt like a birth, not just a surgery. Everyone from the doctors to the nursing team to the housekeeping and nutrition staff made the stay friendly, welcoming, safe and healthy. Truly incredible experience. (2 weeks ago)

Should have listened to the reviews! Brought my almost 2 year old here late last night.. This place is a joke. Medicating in the waiting room before seeing a doctor.. Prescribed medication for the flu without ANY testing. Transporting sick patients on beds directly in front of the waiting area.. Holes in the chair and walls in the patient room. Rushed by the doctor, freaking 6 prescriptions and zero testing.... taking my son to his pediatrician right now and getting tests done. (3 months ago)

My son fell off the bed and I took him in there to see if he had a concussion. I sat there for over an hour by myself with a screaming one year old before I even got to talk to someone. Then I sat I a room for over and hour and ended up walking out bcuz the doctor was no where to be seen. The ER was empty when I got there and empty when I left. (3 weeks ago)

If your in servere pain and having trouble communicating don't go to the ER here. Specially if your in transition and between jobs and don't have medical insurance. DR WRIGHT got kinda agitated when he found out the patient didn't have medical insurance saying "you know it's the law and your breaking the law" What a joke is this what are health care system has become? Sorry Doc hope you never find yourself homeless didn't mean to insult your expertise. How can one afford Cobra after they lose there job moron? Not everyone is in the top 1% to afford your salary. I'm sorry to my friend who I subjected to this treatment. (5 months ago)

I'd rather take my chances and drive half an hour to Des Moines than let this place treat me for anything ever again. (a month ago)
