Will travel to Billings for all of my families needs, will not mess with SHC ever again. (2 weeks ago)

Would give this place no stars. Son almost died of a life threatening condition that I constantly took him in for. Said it was just a cold but ended up being alot worse and could have been detected had the doctors actually done their jobs. As soon as I went elsewhere my son's diaphramatic hernia was found and he received surgery the following weeks. Not to mention the many other problems we have had here with billing, lack of courtesy, ect. (a month ago)

I had my first baby at this hospital about one month ago and I could not be more happy with my experience. The facility was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the care that my baby, my husband, and I received was fantastic. Every person we came in contact with was totaly professional, extremely kind and incredibly helpful. This was the perfect birth experience and I would not change one thing about it. (6 months ago)

I had my daughter here and the OB section was amazing. 5* to them and to the obgyns. 1* to the ER as I always wait 5+ hours to get seen or for my daughter and each time they’ve either misdiagnosed my daughter or sent us home and she got severely worse. And the pediatricians are awful too. Been trying for 3 weeks to get my daughter in by phone call and leaving voicemails and physically going to their office for no one to answer and a locked door. The walk in clinic is also a joke. Took my daughter there and they said she had pink eye and prescribed an ointment to put in her lower lid and the next morning she woke up with both her eyes completely blood shot and took her back in to see someone else and she had a sinus infection and ear infection. Not pink eye. So I highly recommend making the drive anywhere else to see any other doctor besides these ones. (5 months ago)

Only care about billing you and very little about quality of care (2 weeks ago)
