BE AWARE: the “urgent care” is not as stated on their website! Child was diagnosed with a “wrist sprain” and we were billed as an EMERGENCY ROOM visit. Website claims that the “urgent care” is for immediate care of non-life-threatening injuries, false!! (a month ago)

I and a friend both had the experience, that at the walk in clinic, we waited over 3 hours to be seen and no doctor came. Walked out very upset. Will never go back to sheridan hospital. (a month ago)

I brought my son into the Walk-In clinic after being turned away from another hospital. They listened to me as a mother and as his patient advocate, which was not my experience elsewhere. We left with his first dose of antibiotics and a script that we were able to get filled right away. The staff were very kind and understanding and the physician was outstanding! (a year ago)

Great staff, quick visits, and you don't spend 20 minutes trying to figure out which floor to get on and which hallway to turn down. Last thing I want to do when I'm sick is try to navigate my way around a hospital and hope the part I'm looking for is near the door I was actually able to find a parking spot by. (a year ago)

The receptionist Debra is rude and disrespectful. The place was empty and it took over 45 minutes before anyone came to get us. If you wanna live I would highly recommend going to a different hospital. This place doesn't care about anything but keeping you here as long as possible to milk your insurance companies.
