If I could give a zero star. I would. This place will let you just sit in the er for over 2 hours. No matter your condition. They don’t check on you. They do not update you on what’s going on. They do not let you know ahead of time that there will be a long wait. This place should be shut down or replaced with an actual facility that wants to help people. My advice to anyone thinking of visiting this place is to just NOT. Skip the aggravation and lost time. (3 months ago)

THIS PLACE IS THE WORSE. NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN. ALL THOUGH THEY SEEMED PLEASANT.. THERE PROFESSIONAL LEVEL WAS HORRIBLE. Came to get blood drawn. Came early .the woman at desk was watching CBS news on TV then a woman came out and vacuumed the entrance. Around 8:30 am then people started coming in. Then the show Started lets make a deal at 10:00 .they start calling other people . I got up and asked what's going on? .No one called me yet .it's been almost 2 hoursThe woman said ":No one called you yet? I put up the paperwork. I don't know what happened. Let me check ".The women doing the blood showed up to get someone else .I said I am leaving .I've been fasting since last nite .then they took us in. The door was locked.we waited in hallway while she is went to get the key. She opened the door. We went in . The room was freezing cold. She said it's always like this i don't know why. A trainee took my blood ok.Then I left. It's 11:00 wow this is ridiculous. And this is a hospital! !!!😧 NEXT TIME. I WILL GO TO QUEST. (4 weeks ago)

This hospital is one of the worst hospitals you can go to. I will not be returning to this place under any circumstances. Every time I am there I am treated like I am making up how I feel. Tonight I went in for one thing and ended up with something else that they didn't even bother to check on or ask me about. I sat in the waiting room for 5 hours before they even put me in a room. Do not take yourself or family here. I recommend driving to Lake City's hospital of you're able. (4 months ago)

In my opinion this is not a good hospital. My ten year old son caught the flu going around. Terrified of the horrible things about this flu on the news I turned to this hospital for help. They left my son sitting in their waiting room for 4 hours and when I ask the front desk about it she tells me that it's been really busy and that I cannot get my son's result from his virus test unless I seen a doctor. After another half hour of waiting I returned to the front desk and that woman allowed me to call the emergency room. Finally my son was taken to that back only to be greeted by a very rude and curt nurse named candy. When they took my son's temperature again it has risen from 99.8 at triage to 102.8 thanks to his lengthy wait in the ER waiting room. And to add insult to injury not once did a Dr come into the room. If you want excellent care this place isn't it! (3 months ago)
