Location and Directions

My mother was recently admitted to Seven Rivers Hospital, it was a very sad time for my family but the two ICU nurses made her comfortable and my family comfortable. Mary Beth and Sarah, the best nurses I have ever met in my life. Mary Beth and Sarah were 5 steps ahead of any questions, and any needs we had while we were there. They were so god to us and so helpful, I will never forget them and their caring attitude. I appreciate them so much. (a week ago)

This place is horrible I’ve been here several time and every time I come here there’s blood on the floors do beds and the staff are not supportive at all and are rude and gave me no time to speak and never have answers for anything. I went in recently for bleeding and I was 6 weeks pregnant and the doctors took over 2 hours to run test and gave me no kind of information of what could be causing the bleeding but the nurse and doctor came in and said nothing is wrong and they couldn’t find a reason of why I’m bleeding. I went to my gyno the next day and found out I’m having a miscarriage! The doctors at this hospital should have known something but instead they came in real quick said nothings wrong and gave me no time to ask questions. I felt very rushed. Me nor any of my family will ever be coming back to this hospital again. Also while we were waiting we noticed out in the hallway a guy was crying because he had lost a family member that day and a nurse went to walk by him but then she looked at him crying and rolled her eyes and gave him a disgusting look and walked back the other way. Also we had asked for help because I was in pain and the male nurse said he’d be in my room in a minute he was going to check on the test first real quick but we waited and waited for about 20 minutes and while we were waiting we saw him in the hallway flirting with one of the female nurses! I wish I could give this place no stars. DO UR F****** JOBS! (a month ago)

Staff is very friendly. Mom came in, having trouble breathing. Kept her over night to watch her. Running a lot of text. So far so good (2 weeks ago)

Do to seven rivers inadequate billing emergency bill was sent to (medical business bureau) as a delinquent payment. The buffoons at medical business bureau sat on it over six months never attempting to contact me. this was only brought to light when I tried to purchase a home, and found out my credit had been damaged.shame on both of you for your lack of ability to handle such a simple matter (2 months ago)

Superb care and caring. I had my knee replaced 2 years ago and my hip replaced 2 days ago. Dr. Petrella and his PA’s are world class. The bone and joint institute on the third floor for post surgery recovery is unlike any experience I have had. Great nurses and assistants. Incredibly responsive and kind. There are 12 of us this week who had hip and knee replacements and we laugh all the time, even through PT! If you need a joint replacement, this is where you want to go. (4 months ago)
