If I could give an even lower rating I definitely would!!! Never in my LIFE! Have I EVER been treated so POORLY! I went into the emergency room for pain and I’m a stay at home mommy so I took my little one, no big deal. She was well behaved until she started throwing a fit because she was tired. She was extremely upset and I was trying to juggle my boyfriend on the phone and soothing her, my child comes before this really rude male nurse! He got upset because I was trying to soothe my child. He then came back after less than a minute to tell me to “leave the room” while my I was trying to soothe a crying child. I told him “sir, I’m trying to calm her” he then said “that’s great, you can do that anywhere else but this room, you need to leave now” it sent me into tears! Never have I ever been talked down to by staff like that! I do not recommend this hospital for anything. The doctors are incompetent and unwilling to listen just willing to quickly diagnose and move on. I get that it’s an emergency room, but you are just as human as everyone that arrives at the ER, have some damn compassion, or if you can’t simply do that, be understanding that people need to be taken care of not abused. I would go lower if I possibly could. Had to have a test done here & after insurance I owed a balance. I was paying a monthly payment & was told that the amount of $50 wasn't enough so they turned me into collection for $263.00. Never in my 53 years have I ever had this happen to me. To top it all off the "staff" in the billing dept couldn't have been any more ignorant & rude. I will never return & should have known better to just go to Scott & White as I usually do. (in the last week)

Do not go here!!! I went for a mammogram and found out I needed more pictures taken. I had to wait over a month to get in! Talk about scary! In addition to this, they have a new imaging doctor every single week! Literally! Stay away from this rent-a-doc disaster trainwreck. Never will I step foot in this facility again (a month ago)

I drove to this ER thinking that that they would be able to help. I alerted the lady at the front desk that I had never been there before and was unsure of what their procedures would be. I let her know that I had a passenger in the vehicle that was going to have a hard time getting out of the vehicle as they had a hard time getting into the vehicle. The ER waiting room looked busy but I started to fill out the paperwork. The clerk let me know that she informed nurse. The nurse came over to me and let me know that she understood that the passenger could not get out of the vehicle without some assistance but that she could not do anything about it. The nurse basically with a smirk said that the patient would have to figure out how to make it into the ER to be seen and that it also might be a while because the hospital was full. I handed the clipboard without the paperwork I filled out back to the clerk behind the desk and left to another close ER. I will not drive to this ER again. (2 months ago)

My husband has been in ICU since Friday 6/15/18 and the kidney doctor is great and the daytime nurses are great; But the graveyard shift is the worst. I haven't seen his room being cleaned at all. Urinal sat full until I emptied it. Blood pressure has been high since last night and nothing has been done about it. 😡 Because it was a emergency for him to be seen is the only reason he was brought to this hospital. Scott and White would have been my choice. The only reason I gave two stars is because they saved his life. (4 weeks ago)
