I drove to this ER thinking that that they would be able to help. I alerted the lady at the front desk that I had never been there before and was unsure of what their procedures would be. I let her know that I had a passenger in the vehicle that was going to have a hard time getting out of the vehicle as they had a hard time getting into the vehicle. The ER waiting room looked busy but I started to fill out the paperwork. The clerk let me know that she informed nurse. The nurse came over to me and let me know that she understood that the passenger could not get out of the vehicle without some assistance but that she could not do anything about it. The nurse basically with a smirk said that the patient would have to figure out how to make it into the ER to be seen and that it also might be a while because the hospital was full. I handed the clipboard without the paperwork I filled out back to the clerk behind the desk and left to another close ER. I will not drive to this ER again. (4 weeks ago)

Do not go here!!! I went for a mammogram and found out I needed more pictures taken. I had to wait over a month to get in! Talk about scary! In addition to this, they have a new imaging doctor every single week! Literally! Stay away from this rent-a-doc disaster trainwreck. Never will I step foot in this facility again (in the last week)

I was flown in to Seton last night by helicopter. The night shift staff are amazing! The RN who cared for me Andrea was top notch. Very clean facility, with great people. Thank you Seton staff for taking care of me during a bad time. Highly recommend Seton if you need care! (a month ago)

I came here expecting the worst to happen because of all of these poor reviews. I had to get an ultrasound for a bump behind my ear and my appointment was at 10:30am on a Friday. They told me to arrive by 10am so that I could get checked in and registered. I arrived at 9:45 in case I couldn't find where I needed to go, and called to make sure I was going to the correct building because there are 3 on the same property. I arrive, wait about 5 minutes until I'm called to register, and sit with a very polite girl who had me sign all of my forms and then walked me to where I needed to go for the ultrasound. I even asked the lady behind the counter if I needed to check in again in this room and she politely told me I was good to go. I waited about 5 min there until I was called back for my ultrasound and the OBGYN giving it was bubbly and sweet. Looks around, gently finds the bump, tells me I'm good to go and that the report will be at my ENT's office in 2 business days. I was out of there by 10:15am, before my original appointment was even scheduled. I think more people need to leave reviews on their positive experiences. (a week ago)

While I use this hospital system for some of the physicians who have been very good, the ancillary staff and services are horrible. I had to have an MRI done. After an hour, much patience with the staff and a broken machine, I had to reschedule. The sad part is that I took time off for this, even though I could have done this procedure after work. I was told MRIs were only done from 8-5pm. When I returned for the rescheduled MRI I was told that because I was 5 minutes late I would have to wait or reschedule again. There was no one at the reception desk to greet me when I arrived and the rude woman who told me I was late, clearly had taken the patient much earlier than my arrival and simply tried to blame me for her mistake. Even my own doctor told me to go to another place to have my study done. This will be my last time giving any ancillary business to this place. (2 months ago)
