Staff was very, very professional. They listened, were very courteous, very speedy, and overall just wonderful. I am thankful for my doctors' work and everyone in the department. The medical records department was also very nice, albeit slow. Thank you Seton Medical Center. (in the last week)

Our twin girls were delivered here last week and we had a great experience. We wanted to give a special shout out to one of our nurses, Omaira, she was amazing! Attentive, kind, encouraging and made our stay as pleasant as possible. She wasn't the only great nurse Alexia, Lashauntee, Melissa, Ashley, Lindsay in the NICU were all also great. I'm having a brain fart on the other names, but all were amazing. Thanks Seton! (3 weeks ago)

Facility in the hospital was so good. I had my delivery and all nurses, doctors and staff and all other services were very nice. Problem is just with the billing department. Making me mad by sending bills after bills and not updating my insurance information. Never seen this much lazy and irresponsible staff in other facilities. Less then a star for billing facility department for seton family of hospitals. (2 months ago)

Really nice hospital. Very clean and well lit. (in the last week)

Terrible !!!!! Nightmare never would I recommend this hospital ! They took what should be a beautiful expierience and made it a depressing ,scary , devastating nightmare! Some of the Dr's were wonderful as where some of the nurse's the volunteers and kitchen staff all very kind and very professional as for the Social Workers and Nicu it was terrible experience very unprofessional very racist and very discriminate, I am thankful I had noticed early on when listening to the conversation about a Hispanic family who's child was in Nicu next to my baby they needed an interpreter so automatically the staff thought they could make rude comments both about the baby whom was diabetic ,and bigger in size due to the conditin, they not only put the medical info all out in open for all to hear but they also made rude remarks and jokes about child and mother, the fact they had Medicaid and government assistance! Knowing this I began recording and documenting everything I yes was taking pictures of my baby however I was also recording audio and video because I was feeling uncomfortable, concerned and a gut feeling these people were not the people I wanted looking after our little one , I was hoping to have our child moved to another hospital, as I started bringing up concern and or questions things went bad fast, I was never more thankful for video pictures and audio recording, because now I can make it available to eveyone, who is dealing with or thinking of allowing these racist , nasty ,bunch of individuals who bend rules, break hearts and cause more pain rather than caring and healing! Warning do not use this hospital and if you are unfortunately already doing so make sure to record. Everything , document everything !! And watch every move! I will be making everything available to the public very soon , including staff names , recordings , pictures in and out of unsanitary environments ,that are in and on Nicu, as well as the malice , hatred, discrimination and intent to hurt and harm families already in a fragile state of being.
