I just had an SVT ablation done by Dr. Melissa Kong at Sequoia Hospital. I, too am a physician and need to express that everyone and everything was just amazing! I would highly recommend Dr. Kong and her staff to anyone that needs to have this procedure. (2 months ago)

Disappointed with this game. Broken computer keyboards at another hospital, if you are honest this place discriminates, by law you must have working computers for the nurses. Ya think!!!! (a month ago)

I cannot say enough good things about this hospital. My husband was suffering from a really severe pain in his stomach. His BP was not good. I called his doctor and rushed him to Siquoia’s emergency. They tried to rush him through the emergency waiting room and good for that because it was his gall bladder. His cardiologist is part of this hospital also so he was monitored closely by his cardiologist. He needed 2 surgeries and all was very successful. His care, i must say was OUTSTANDING.. From all.. the attending doctors and nurses..His recovery in hospital care was very good. All were on watch. I thank them all, for doing what was best for my husband.. Thanks again.....SZ (2 months ago)

I received the worst service at Sequoia Hospital ER. Showed up with numbness in my arm and face, freezing cold all day. I was very clear on my symptoms when I checked in. Signs of heart attack I think (I'm no doctor!)but was left in the waiting room for 45 minutes, then finally taken to an ancillary room away from the main ER. The ER was not busy at all. While I waited in the receiving area, nursing staff was joking with a walk-in like me. Apparently an employee who had a family member in the emergency room, who was then let in behind the desk, laughing and joking the whole time while I waited. Once I was taken back, I was left alone and had to get my own blanket from the cabinet. Sitting and waiting what seemed like forever with no attention from anyone. Literally no one came in the room to check on me for almost a half hour. Finally got up and walked out. Still feeling horrible. Hope I don't die! I have crappy insurance so maybe that is why I was ignored?? I was told by a nurse a few months ago (at Sequoia) that hospitals don't like to take Medical patients because the insurance doesn't pay out. Thanks Dignity Health. I'm still a person...
