If you need a doctor, do not go to this ER. The ER is staffed by ARPNs and they use tele-medicine for serious cases. If your case is more serious than a broken bone, expect an expensive transfer to a hospital in Sioux City or Sioux Falls. It is not an ER it is a glorified Urgent Care. Go to Primghar or Spencer, they have much better service and medical staff available at all times. (11 months ago)

The check in staff are really really really really nice. I go there for consaling (a year ago)

The best staff I have worked with in 30 yrs. Keep up the good work, this community is lucky to have you to care for them. (2 years ago)
