My doctor was very kind and knowledgeable. A bit brisk, but she gave me honest advice. I'm very overweight but she didn't blame my problems on that. The facilities are clean and the nurses are positive and helpful. I really enjoy this provider. (a month ago)

Although I found the people to be friendly and the general level of competence good, the medical facilities are somewhat lacking. Apparently my lab work had to go to Pueblo, which slowed things down a lot. Also, the billing department appears to be in some disarray. That said, the valley is pretty lucky to have this place. I called Women's clinic to find out when my daughter had a procedure done. They had no record (even though they had record of visit, apparently no one documented she'd had the procedure...) UMMM what happened to " not documented not done". Obviously not. Good thing I found my own records or I'd still be arguing that yes, I know I was there so I'm not stupid. Wow. Maybe instead of fitting in 500 patients a day, do some documentation, see a patient, document, see a patient... crazy. (2 months ago)

No one will ever answer the phone or return a voicemail (in the last week)
