I brought my daughter to the hospital today and from the moment we arrived everyone has been awesome and very helpful. The emergency room team led by Shelby and Dr. Miller constantly communicated her results and next treatment options. When moved to a room, Jon and Krista attended to her with tremendous professionalism and care. (2 months ago)

I wish I could rate this emergency room with 0 stars. Poor bedside manner, incredibly long wait times to simply sign a form, much less receive treatment. On our first visit, my baby was hit on the head by the hospital's large, heavy sliding door that was malfunctioning and there was no reaction by staff. We waited to be seen for hours while I worried my baby had a concussion. On our second visit, both of us were sick, and none of our nurses knew which one of us needed which treatment. I wish this wasn't the closest emergency room, I would love to go somewhere else that treats patients like people, not an inconvenience. (a month ago)

Nurses were attentive to my needs, but it helped that my daughter was with me to get there attention. I was dehydrated. Doctor was reassuring I will be ok. Thank you (2 months ago)

2000 miles from home my husband needed emergency care. I can't tell you how glad I am that we ended up at this hospital. Every employee was outstanding in their job. If only other emergency rooms could do this well. Wait was not ridiculous, staff showed care and thoughtfulness and we were discharged swiftly. Thanks to all of the staff, so much! Great job!
