Care is ok, but the billing is terrible. I keep getting bills with no information and have repeatedly asked for itemized statements and have yet to get them. Yesterday I get a bill from a collection agency for an amount I was never billed for previously and no one can tell me what it's for. I have been on a payment plan for months, this is an additional amount that for whatever reason is not a part of the payment plan. Nothing they do makes any sense and don't even try to get an actual human in San Angelo on the phone. That'll happen right after pigs fly. (a week ago)

Dr Wilkinson took great care of me and rebuilt the tendon in my hand beautifully. Great bed-side manner! (a month ago)

Amazing hospital! Excellent care from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors!! Dr. Bradley has taken excellent care of my mothers cancer needs for many years now! He goes the extra mile and truly does give you peace of mind! Thank you Community Hospital for your compassion & healing spirit!! (6 months ago)

This hospital is awesome they are well trained and caring nurses from the doctors to all staff are excellent (a month ago)

I tried multiple times to schedule a mammogram, calling the number in the letter I received but my calls were never returned. I finally had to call my doctor to schedule it for me. Then I tried to set up the online registration and when I called for help, I got someone in Tennessee who only handles billing. I have like the medical personnel I've had contact with, I've had my mammograms done at San Angelo Community Medical Center for years and this is the first time I've had a problem with setting up the appointment. I don't know if something has changed in management but this was not a positive experience. I can only imagine what it must be like for someone new or an elderly person who call the contact number on the website and gets someone in Tennessee. The phone number is the only one on the website for Contact Us with no explanation that is the billing office. (8 months ago)
