This place knows nothing. I brought my 15 month old here screaming. It was around 1 am and she was running a HIGH fever. The doctor seemed completely uninterested, didn’t even fully examine her, just ordered an X-ray (for what?!) and then we never saw him again. As we waited for around 2 hours, she broke out in hives head to toe, I ran and told the nurses. They just said “I’ll go tell your doctor”. HE NEVER CAME. My baby girl was swelling up and no one even cared. It was heartbreaking. I’m glad it wasn’t a deadly situation. Will NEVER return. (2 weeks ago)

When having to go to an ER, feeling vunerable & nervous, it was very disappointing to not feel cared for. There is a break down of trust between the patient & the medical community here. From the enormous wait times to the robotic staff. Thank you to the one nurse who was very kind, showed compassion for me & passion for his profession. (in the last week)

I want to say I work in the healthcare field and very familiar to the ER process. They first off took an hour to triage which is crazy. Second I had an ankle injury I wasn’t given any ice till 2 hours later. Thirdly I haven’t seen a doctor at this point and somehow got an X-ray from the nurse who ordered it, which doesn’t the dr suppose to order that? They also had discharged tons of people and it took them more than an hour to get the rooms ready to get people in. The whole process is backwards and do not recommend going to this ER. Excellent staff caring for older family member who can be difficult. They answered every question throughly. Would definitely recommend! They kept in contact with us and made sure every need was met. (a month ago)

This place is a joke. You'd be better off not going here for anything short of an emergency.. Staff is slow and clueless especially the prenatal care and respiratory care staff. All the more reason to move to Canada or Europe. Thanks for nothing St. Pukes (a month ago)
