Have been there many times, have many great experiences and some not so great. Communication could improve and professionalism. Saw an member of management in housekeeping yelling at her staff in the hall in front of patients, Drs, and nurses several times in on week. And several visits with no bath for days. But I also encountered some wonderful people and staff. My rooms have always been clean both in ER and upstairs (2 weeks ago)

I'm a Multiple Myeloma cancer patient and have been involved w St Lukes for a year 6 months ago I'd given them 5 stars which I'm now marking down to 3. All the Nurses and Assistants are fantastic. The Oncologist though - I got rid of one within a week for his insistence on ordering duplicate tests and with holding my treatment. My current one....none of the Doctors here have any concerns about how much things cost you out of pocket. They could care less. Seriously. And I'll warn you now, if you cancel a treatment they're going to make you wait 3-4 weeks before you can get it done. It appears they're either too busy, they're taking me for granted or the doctor isn't flexible enough to fit me in. I'm currently looking at other options, I may take all my treatment back to KUMed or another hospital. (in the last week)

I delivered my first baby here almost 4 years ago now and every one of the nurses I dealt with were amazing! I couldn’t find my specific delivery nurse on the website, her name was Valerie I believe. She was such an amazing person! So supportive and comforting, especially throughout my natural and un-medicated birth. I wish I could thank her in person now for giving me the best memories to counteract some of the bad ones I had with my delivery doctor. I am 19 weeks with my second baby now, and I wish I could have her there for this delivery as well. 5 stars for her specifically. (3 months ago)

Might wanna clean your room before you have new patients come in. Blood on the ground, misc medical waste and gauze. Bed dirty and waste baskets completely full. Won't let me post a pic. (3 weeks ago)

Horrible wait time at the ER!!! No sense of urgency. My daughter fell off school bus and we had to wait 5 hours to be seen (a week ago)
