I had an ultrasound done. I was very nervous about what they would find. The tech that assisted me through the process was Kim. She was totally amazing and made sure I was comfortable, and answered any questions I had during the procedure! Love that she treated me like a person and not like a number! Thanks again, shout out to KIM! (4 months ago)

First pregnancy delivered at this hospital. They have the most caring staff in maternity unit. Super calm and understanding. Had the best experience I would say during delivery and stay. Would give this place another star if i could. Of course a lot has to do with the OBGYN you have . Dr Tanapathy is best 💜 (5 months ago)

ER is a joke! Went to St. Louise in the middle of the night with severe abdominal pain. Three male nurses who acted more like the Three Stooges made a big joke about how it was probably the pizza I had for dinner and told me to go home. Had to go to Hazel Hawkins in Hollister where they properly diagnosed me with pancreatitis and got me right into I'm looking with some time last more around here looks like March 17 the surgery. Then they send me a threatening collection notice even though they never sent me a bill. Is this a hospital or a circus!!! Looking for a good attorney…. (4 months ago)

Everyone who assisted us from the ER to the maternity ward was amazing. Very personable and caring staff! (4 months ago)

If you ever in a position to have surgery with dr. musa who is an on call doctor in ER. DONT. He is the worst mannered person I have encountered, i recently took my mother to the emergency room for pain in her stomach, ended up being appendicitis I know also with appendicitis the only way to treat it is to operate. I understand that it was is taught in medical school, but being in a generation where homeopathic and alternative medicine is more understood I wanted to see all options, however with these things being brought up to the surgeon I was quickly ignored and shut down, with Dr. Musa saying we have 5 minutes to decide to do the surgery (btw holding his car keys in his hand during this decision making) felt rushed, felt as if our knowledge was stupid. the surgery was pushed to the next day at 1pm , which prior to the surgery we see his grimy self eating peanuts, from that point after the surgery was over he briefly came to mention to me that it was done and it went well, I had questions but he walked away after the news being delivered. They had found an ovarion cyst near the appendix which might have cause the inflammation, although i know cysts are common in women I still had questions that went unanswered till the next day. A day after the surgery he came in didn’t look at the incisions and said we could leave. Oh and he prescribed NO ANTIBIOTICS, which then lead the incisions a day after we left to become infected.
