Location and Directions

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER GOING HERE! You wait a whole bunch of minutes (more then seven) to simply walk through the sliding door. And then, you know, you wait a whole bunch of HOURS just to get your broken hand looked at. Somebody next to you with the sniffles, they get in REAL FAST. But with an actual injury, one that band-aids can't fix, just go to another hospital. Sad, it actually brings tears to my eyes, okay. (3 months ago)

this is the worst hell hole on earth, piss poor care, blood on the patient room floor dried and muddy floors. omg. price gauging; paid the bill & then got another bill after I paid over $740.00, claimed I owed and additional $1,423.00 for an E.R. Visit ? really . mount sterling Doctors are all pathological liars. per a medical doctor they are all quacks, mis diagnose and medicate for things you don't have wrong with you. . my final Decision is I will die before seeking any of Mount Sterling Ky's quack ass midecal care. . people who live here go to Winchester Ky E.R. for correct care; they all tell me here don't go to St. Joseph, they will let you die. . they will prep you for the grave. R.I.P. Suckers if you go to this piss poor hospital. they let my uncle lay in a bed and then died from their negligence. (4 weeks ago)

They took great care of me. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. (2 months ago)

I took my friend to the emergency room because he was in terrible pain, so bad that he was doubled over and falling to the floor. We were so focused on getting him back to see a doctor that we lost sight of important stuff. Fortunately, the kind lady in admissions brought our focus back to the critical paperwork that had to be signed before anything could be done. My rude friend started cursing. I slapped him across the teeth and said, "Watch your manners. This nice woman killed a tree just for you, and all you care about is yourself! Son, these complex enterprises like this here hosptial run on paperwork. There are more important things than your pain." We thanked the kind woman. He scribbled his name sloppily, and crawled to a seat to wait his turn. Thank god someone kept her head during the crisis or that paperwork would still be awaiting a signature. (6 months ago)

Has got to be the worst emergency department in this state. Zero urgency. Actually called the lobby to see who hasn’t left yet. Ridiculous (2 weeks ago)
