I'm a agency sitter for some of there patients. I like coming to work here almost all the staff are nice. It's clean and fresh smelling. Food in the cafeteria is really good. Some of the prices are kinda of high but when your hungry your hungry.. Lot's of security patrolling outside around the hospital.. (3 weeks ago)

Amazing facilities. Clean, large rooms. It’s Sunday and we’ve Only seen the doctor once in 3 hours, after being diagnosed with a stroke. Food is pretty good. (a month ago)

I would not leave a star whatsoever. My husband whom is a decorated combat veteran was mistreated so badly at St.Francis ER while he was in excruciating pain. Renae Lynne Bernard M.D. is the worse Doctor I've ever met in my life right along with the head charge nurse. They told him he was lying about his pain, first of all and this is 3AM this morning. They give him 5 doses of phenol from 4-9AM, mind you this is the same stuff that killed Michael Jackson. Well it doesn't take his pain away so his pain level is at a 10 and he's hollering in pain. Since he's hollering too loud disturbing other patients they tell him he's a grown man and kicked him out. They had said more rudely remarks before escorting him out the door but I'll leave it here and we will be going to the news media about this nightmare of a situation. (3 weeks ago)

Gave birth here. The nurses were nice during labor, but the pediatric doctors and nurses irked me off. We requested no cosmetic surgeries for our son and they asked me 12x if we wanted to circumcise him. How incredibly rude and disrespectful. It was on our birth plan that we didn't want it. The pediatric nurse even made a crude joke about how she was "off to do a circ!" Even after we expressed why we didn't want it done. The male doctor who pressured us also made a comment about me wanting to make my son match my husband. (Disgusting). I called and left complaints on all of them, but it seems to have not stopped. I have heard of three women just in the last week who have had this same problem! (3 months ago)

This is hard to do. The er nurse was so amazing, the security that checked us in was so helpful, my dads nurses that came to his room were awesome .. but there is no communication at this hospital between departments. The guy that came to get my dad when he was heading to surgery was so rude when asked questions. He acted shocked we would want to talk to the doctor since no doctor has talked to my dad since he got here (except in the er). The nurses couldn’t tell us when the surgery was actually happening and they tried. Communication is a big problem between departments and keeping patients informed. (a month ago)
