It's incredible how some staff can be such miserable personalities. If you don't like your job. Quit. Terrible! I brought in a patient into the ER and the lady with glasses at registration doesn't understand how to communicate with the patients. The sarcasm on this miserable person. Very uncalled for and incredibly rude. She should quit if she doesn't know how to talk to patients. (in the last week)

Nurses and assistants are great and make miracles happen for the patients. Doctors and physicians are useless with no common sense. You can tell these doctors used at this facility where the barely passing students in their grade at medical school. Definitely recommend going elsewhere for medical treatments (a week ago)

We went twice when both of my children were 1. The first time, they told us we couldn't leave the hospital without paying upfront, without even contacting my insurance. It's been two years now and I'm still battling them, as they claim the amount I paid via credit card isn't showing in their billing system. I have sent proof of payment multiple times and they keep sending me collections letters. THEY OWE ME MONEY AS I OVERPAID!! Second time, the person taking our information told me I had to pay $1,800 up front before seeing a doctor. Needless to say, it wasn't pretty. I have insurance for a reason! I only ended up having to pay a fraction out of pocket. They are thieves and liars! The billing department and customer service is terrible. If I were dying I wouldn't go there. There is no reason that I should be having to prove that I paid them multiple times over the past few years. It's unbelievable. I'm about to hire an attorney. Their disorganization shouldn't become my problem. (a month ago)

Horrible. I'm only giving one star so I can leave a review...Unfortunately I have been hospitalized many times in my life and I have never hated a facility more. Doctors diagnosed me with anxiety and sent me home after reporting heart palpitations. As I felt no change, I came back only days later where they have admitted me now saying my heart has begun to fail. Very poor communication as a team. They did not check my lab work or change in condition before they reported things to me and are constantly changing their story only minutes apart. Most but not all nurses have made the experience a bit better. I have felt more care from some of the nurses than my team of doctors. (in the last week)

the medical care was excellent. that billing department is not . the websites states. Welcome to your online payment portal. An easy and secure way to pay for your care. Actually it is not and their customer service is unfortunately not set up well. it seems to me the representatives are not equipped with the tools they need to service. Since Jan I am dealing with an unresolved issue of a credit card payment. (3 months ago)
