I came into this place and needed a minor surgical procedure that a doctor proceeded to perform in the ER without proper local anesthesia. He refused to numb my shoulder more and was just nasty to me. I think they deal with a large portion of perhaps homeless and addicts and proceed to treat everyone terribly out of burnout and frustration. I don't need to be bullied by a doctor. I got up during the procedure in tears and refused any more care by these people. Go somewhere else. Go ANYWHERE else. (3 months ago)

I had a family member on the 3rd floor for 3 days and nights. She received outstanding care while she was there. After reading some of the reviews, I was a little worried about it but our experience was totally positive. As a retired RN, I know what good care looks like and the professionals on the 3rd floor provided EXCELLENT CARE! (5 months ago)

Been at the ER four hours now and still a coue more to wait is what i am heing told. Hire more staff. Last time here was over 6 hour wait. Was sent by urgert care and Dr because they felt it ctitical enough . (a month ago)

I was dragged through the ER, forceably medicated because yelling is triggering to other patients and watching/listening to people be forceably medicated isn't, and threatened to be medicated when I worked on a puzzle with my shirt as pants and my pants as a shirt because apparently that's hurtful as well, to the point it necessitates medicinal violence. I highly recommend if you want your loved one to experience abuse eerily similar to what made them mentally ill in the first place. (6 months ago)

Waited almost 2 hours to even get into a room. And then had to deal with not only an extremely RUDE nurse but then and even more RUDE doctor! And then once we were in the too we were here another 4 Hours. We will never be coming back here and will be making a phone call about these specific individuals. Absolutely pick a different hospital! (11 months ago)
