My baby was born at Sacred heart hospital on 9th Ave. She is almost 6 months now. I really appreciate all of my delivery team on the weekend for labor. , , , and at that time they were all very helpful and made me feel so comfortable. my baby was facing up which had to be down. however, they were able to rotate her, so finally she came out with happy crying. Everything was wonderful experience and i wouldn't forget very special moment in my life. Thank you all hard work for me. (a month ago)

Worse service ever!! They don’t even have nurses or staff to assist ER patients around the clock!!! The nurse station as basically empty. My dad came back from an echo test and his nurse was gone around 8am. After one hour of waiting, I tried to call the nurse station 5 times in an hour before someone answered. Nurses started to come in around 10am but doesn’t bother to check on patients. So from 8am - 11am, no nurse to be assigned to my dad’s room. Baptist Hospital is much better!! Needless to say, I won’t be using Sacred Heart in the future. (a month ago)

Hospital staff is wonder nice lovely.. but a business needs compassion an love to treat people the right way.. prescribing RX is to me a absolute no no. It's time to take patients health serious draining insurance compensation. But when are these hospital start connecting to success storys it more than just a smile it's the work you place behind the them loving employee s. Yes this a retired area but most of the people are not but crippling medical staff Dr or nurses where the Brian's at to heal an not leave anyone hurt or damage..miracles faith in my eyes should stand for not found in a pay check it found in actually caring (2 months ago)

Went in with chest pain. Had a quad bypass 4 months before. Sat in the lobby of over 5 hours. There were people in the lobby waiting longer then me. I left and of course got a bill for no services rendered. This ER will be my last option only. Go to Baptist in Gulf Breeze, I have never waited over 10 minutes to get in a see a doctor. I was a patient here from the beginning of August, 2003 until the middle of September, 2003... I had to learn how to walk again and undergo physical therapy everyday, but the staff was terrific! They helped push me along and helped me through every minute of the physical therapy, from at very first having to learn how to use my arms again, to the walking and physical activity part of it all. I wanted to say THANK YOU to Sacred Heart Hospital of Pensacola, FL!!!!! Hopefully some of the staff that helped me is still there helping others. I'd gone from here to Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, FL to finish my physical therapy and I'm happy to report I am still able to stand and walk. I still kind of have a gimp in my walk, but I'll always have this from what all I went through! Again, thank you Sacred Heart and God bless!!! (3 months ago)
